We looked at half a dozen roofing companies.  The owner personally came out from Raindance, explained the job, spotted a lot others had not, and gave us a fair bid.  His guy oversaw a third-party company doing the tear-off, and the owner was on our site each day to check in.  He was also responsive to every issue that popped up along the way.  There was never a problem with his crew, only the usual unexpected stuff that happens with any roofing job.  The job was done on time and on budget.  The owner is going to personally inspect our roof after a shady solar company we're forced to use reinstalls the solar panels, in case their job isn't up to par. Todd Landress and his team did an excellent job repairing our roof. Our building manager carefully researched and interviewed multiple companies. Raindance made a lot of promises, but in the end they exceeded all of them. Some highlights include replacing 80% of the wood, providing high quality shingling, replacing vents and capping old ones, daily clean-up of worksite for a 5 day project, detailed repairs to improve aesthetic appearance, and removal/proper disposal of old materials no longer needed. All this for fair and competitive pricing. Special thanks to Todd and Will, who worked as foreman. We’re very pleased with their hard work and the final product.
