Meet the President and Founder
I remember being introduced to roofing through a friend in high school. I would help him on the weekends and I worked very hard for my four bucks an hour. It was hard work, but for some crazy reason, I continued roofing throughout high school and college.
Shortly thereafter, I was offered a position with RSI Roofing as a Project Manager. Excited to finally learn the sales and estimating side of the business, I gained invaluable experience learning the day to day operations of running a business, marketing and the importance of the customer. With that I truly appreciated the offer I was given by my mentor Dave Susi. However, as time progressed, I knew I would never be satisfied unless I did it for myself.
In 1997 and with a few years of sales experience and much discussion with my wife, Raindance Roof Company, Inc. began.
